Northern Virginia Mother Detained by ICE

A Virginia woman who has lived in the U.S. for more than a decade and has two U.S.-born children was arrested Thursday at her regular check-in with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In 2013, Liliana Cruz Mendez was arrested for driving without a license.
