Montgomery County Honors Former Cuban Prisoner Alan Gross

The Montgomery County Council presented a proclamation to Alan Gross on Thursday. He was held in a Cuban prisoner after being accused of being a spy. As News4’s Chris Gordon reports, despite Gross’ time in captivity, he holds a special regard for the Cuban people.
