Effort to Count Montgomery County's Homeless

Montgomery County will launch efforts to count all the homeless people in the county. They hope to provide housing assistance to those most in need before the winter weather sets in. Organizers estimate there are 100,000 homeless people in Montgomery County alone. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
