Md. County Calls for Independent Review of Police Shootings

Activists and residents in Montgomery County, Maryland, are calling on officials to approve a law that would require an entirely independent investigation if police shoot and kill someone. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports the movement is in response to a man’s death last year.
