Montgomery County Adds Officer Leotta to Memorial Wall

Montgomery County honored its fallen heroes Wednesday. The newest name added to the permanent memorial is Officer Noah Leotta. His death led to changes in the state’s drunken driving laws. News4’s Chris Gordon has reaction from his family to today’s tribute.
