Montgomery Co. Aims to Have Distracted Driving Cameras

The Montgomery County Council is asking the state of Maryland for permission to put up new cameras that would catch drivers who are texting and driving. This new device could tell if you were on your cellphone and send you a ticket. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
