Wreath-Laying Ceremony Honors King's Legacy

In Washington, D.C., a wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. At the end of the ceremony, the crowd gathered around the wreath and sang, “We Shall Overcome.” News4’s Justin Finch reports.
