Local Middle School Students Focus on Kindness

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and on Thursday, News4’s Angie Goff hosted an assembly Thursday at Parkside Middle School in Manassas to spread the message of Rachel’s Challenge. The organization was named after Rachel Scott, the first person killed in the Columbine tragedy. The group works to create a positive climate in schools. Rachel was known for her acts of kindness, and the impact they had on others.
