Metrobus Collides With Fire Truck in Southeast D.C.

A Metrobus collided with a fire truck responding to a call at the corner of Wheeler and Valley Roads in Southeast Washington.

At least three people were hurt when a bus and fire truck collided in Southeast D.C.

The accident happened at the corner of Wheeler and Valley Roads, around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Officials said the fire truck was responding to an apartment fire when it crashed into the bus.

The bus driver and two passengers were transported for medical treatment following the crash.  No word on their conditions yet.
