Metro's 4th Surge Will Affect Travel to Airport

The last hours of Metro’s third safety surge is coming to an end, but commuters won’t get much of a break — Surge 4 begins Tuesday. News4’s Megan McGrath is at the Crystal City Metro station, which will be shut down during the week-long surge.
