Metro GM Promises Near-Normal Service Friday

Despite challenges on Thursday, Metro promised more frequent service Friday. Service on trains and buses is supposed to be almost back to what it was before the historic blizzard hit the D.C. area. News4 transportation reporter Adam Tuss found out why riders are paying peak fares without peak service.
