Memorial Day Celebrated in Northern Virginia

Crowds lined the streets in Falls Church, Va., for their annual Memorial Day Parade and Festival, which goes back six decades. The Viva Vienna Festival also was packed Monday. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
