Mementos Now Permitted at Arlington's Section 60

Small mementos will now be permitted during fall and winter at headstones in Arlington National Cemetery’s Section 60, which mostly contains graves of soldiers who died in recent wars. The move is a reversal from a previous policy, which upset family members with photos and other items they’d left behind were removed.
