MCPS Board Confirms Dr. Monifa McKnight as Next Superintendent

History was made Tuesday in Montgomery County. The school board confirmed Dr. Monifa McKnight as the next superintendent. She’s the first woman and the second Black person to serve in the role. News4’s Darcy Spencer has more on the momentous decision.
