Mayor Gray Breaks Ground on St. Elizabeth's Pavilion

The city broke ground Wednesday on the new St. Elizabeth’s East Gateway Pavilion, and Mayor Vincent Gray was in attendance. The District is investing $100 million in the project. Tony Tull reports.
