Campers, beachgoers and golfers are rushing to enjoy the great outdoors in Maryland after Gov. Larry Hogan lifted some of the state’s bans, but some facilities are saying it will be weeks before they reopen. Prince George’s County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins explains why.
