Maryland Offers Amazon Incentives in Bid to Get HQ2

Maryland’s governor offered Amazon incentives, including $5 billion in tax reductions, to try to get the company to choose Montgomery County as where it will build its second U.S. headquarters. News4’s Kristin Wright spoke with County Executive Ike Leggett.
