A Maryland man has been charged with sexually abusing a toddler, the Frederick County Bureau of Investigation announced Thursday.
Richard Montgomery of Rockville is accused of sexually abusing a 16-month-old girl between March and April 2012 in Thurmont, Maryland.
Montgomery was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of sex abuse of a minor, two counts of third degree sex offense and two counts of second degree sex offense. He is also facing six charges related to child pornography.
He is being held without bond at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center’s Central Booking Unit.
