Maryland Lawmaker Speaks About Child Sex Abuse Law

Maryland Del. C.T. Wilson fought for a change to the child sex abuse law in part because he was a victim himself. The law that goes into effect Sunday, Oct. 1 gives victims until age 38, instead of age 25, to sue. Wilson said that until he was older than 25, he “put aside” what his foster father did to him. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
