Man Wrongfully Convicted of Murder Returns to Maryland

Curtis Brooks was 15 years old when he was charged for a murder he didn’t commit and he spent 24 years in prison because of mandatory sentencing. News4’s Tracee Wilkins reports how his case has helped change mandatory juvenile sentencing laws throughout the country.
