Police: Man Taunts Woman With Gun in Road Rage Incident on Route 15 in Virginia

A woman was driving home when she says a man in a pickup truck started following her closely, revving his engine and waving a gun around. Police later found that he had two guns and a knife in the truck. News4’s Julie Carey reports.
