Man suspected of shooting 3 DC officers is seen on video punching dog: police

Only on 4: New video shows why police say they were trying to serve an arrest warrant on a man who ended up shooting and wounding three D.C. officers. In footage some may find disturbing, the man can be seen repeatedly punching a dog, police told News4’s Mark Segraves.
