Man Sues Montgomery Co. Board of Education Over Phony Psychologist

A Rockville lawyer has filed a lawsuit against the Board of Education of Montgomery County on behalf of an 18-year-old man, who claims he was emotionally damaged by a phony psychologist employed by the school district. News4’s Shomari Stone reports.
