Man Shot Near Benning Road Metro Station

UPDATE: The shooting victim, Levi Kinte Davis, 38, of Baltimore, died of his injuries, police said. Davis was shot about 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 4200 block of East Capitol Street NE, according to police. News4’s Shomari Stone reports.
