Man reunites with deputies who rescued him and his dogs from a pond

A Baltimore man thanked five Charles County Sheriff’s Office deputies who saved him and his two dogs after his car was submerged in a pond two weeks ago on Route 5 near the Prince George’s County line. News4’s Dominique Moody shares how their quick actions saved his life.
