Man Convicted of Soliciting Teen Girls

A quick-thinking teenager helped police get a predator off of the streets, prosecutors say. A man had been seen lurking around middle and high schools in Silver Spring for years, police say. On Wednesday, he was convicted of sexual solicitation of a minor. Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
