Man Charged With Murder in Loudoun County Mother's Death

A Loudoun County woman was stabbed to death at a home in Round Hill, and her boyfriend’s brother is under arrest. As Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports, it was not the first time deputies have had dealings with the accused killer.
