Man Arrested in Attempted Kidnapping of Child From Gaithersburg Bus Stop

Authorities said Jamaal Germany, 30, grabbed a middle school student waiting for the bus to school and pulled them toward an apartment building. News4’s Derrick Ward tells how other children thwarted the attempted crime.
