A Nokesville, Virginia man is behind bars for impersonating a fire marshal.
Orlando Matsumoto, 23, was arrested Friday night and is being held on $3,000 bond.
Last month, Matsumoto walked into a 7-11 store, displayed a badge, told the clerk he was a fire marshal, and demanded to use the restroom and then told the clerk to give him a free soda.
He tried the same move a week later.
Both times, the clerk said there was no public restroom available. Matsumoto then said he was going to launch an investigation and close down the store.
This isn’t the first time Matsumoto has been arrested for impersonating a public official.
In September 2010, Prince William County police arrested him for saying he was a police officer while at a concert.

Those charges could possibly be reinstated because of these latest incidents.
If found guilty, Matsumoto could receive a fine of up to $2,500 and/or a year in jail on each count.
His court date is set for August 10.
