Man Allegedly Tried to Carjack Drivers on Kutz Bridge

A group of construction workers say they held down a man who was trying to carjack vehicles driving on the Kutz Bridge in D.C. Friday. News4’s Darcy Spencer spoke with one construction worker who said his military instincts kicked in during the incident.
