The incident occurred about 11 a.m. Monday. The suspect repeatedly inappropriately touched the minor victim, according to an FBI poster sent out Wednesday.

The suspect is about 5 feet 5 to 5 feet 7 inches tall and is between 50 and 60 years old, with short, spiky, gray and black hair, the FBI said. He was wearing a blue or gray short-sleeved shirt and dark blue shorts.
