Virginia Gets $1.4 Billion for I-95 Improvements

Virginia leaders say they will spend $1.4 billion to improve the I-95 corridor. The upgrades may include pavement designed for testing and deploying so-called self-driving cars. “It’s literally an all-encompassing, massive project,” Gov. Terry McAuliffe told News4’s Adam Tuss.
