Locals on Red Cross Team Deploy to Help With Typhoon Relief

The American Red Cross is sending a five-person Emergency Response Team to the Philippines to help distribute relief supplies to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. The team left Dulles International Airport Friday for a one month deployment. News4’s Richard Jordan was there.
