Local Teen Awarded Health Hero Award

Today is a big day for a northern Virginia high school senior. Kavya Kopparapu is in New York City to accept a “Health Hero” award for innovation. Her latest invention aims to save the eyesight of people with diabetes. News4’s Justin Finch has her story.
