DC Bar Serving Halloween Cocktails With Dry Ice

The 14th Street NW bar Black Jack and its “bar within a bar” Tilt are hosting a pre-Halloween party this weekend. Manager Catherine Kerr and bartender George Sault told News4’s Barbara Harrison how anyone dressed in a superhero costume can get a free drink, and what gin cocktail they will serve with dry ice.
