Special Olympics Torch Run Kicks Off in D.C.

Crowds are gathering on the National Mall to kick off the torch run for the Special Olympics. After the lighting, the Special Olympics torch will begin a long journey west. News4’s Kristin Wright is at the ceremony this morning and has more on what’s happening.
