Library of Congress Celebrates 200 Years of Frankenstein

The Library of Congress is celebrating the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein” with an event known as “Frankenreads.” On Halloween, 62 people will read the entire book from beginning to end in 10-minute segments at the Library of Congress’ Main Reading Room. The event is open to the public and free to attend.
