Lawmaker Calls for Expansion Along Parts of I-95

As lawmakers head back to Richmond, one of them is taking direct aim at one of our region’s most clogged roadways — Interstate 95. A Spotsylvania delegate hopes new legislation will force VDOT to build more lanes between Spotsylvania and Springfield to alleviate some of that congestion. Transportation reporter Adam Tuss has more.
