Alexandria Officer Peter Laboy Gets Surprise Party for 45th, 46th Birthday

Friends and family celebrated an Alexandria police officer this weekend, nearly a year after he was shot and critically wounded during a traffic stop. Officer Peter Laboy turned 46 on Saturday, but his cake wished him a happy 45th. His friends say after everything that’s happened, he wanted a redo of the last year.
