Kids Witness Deadly Shooting of Toddler Inside D.C. Home

As D.C. police try to figure out who shot and killed a 3-year-old girl inside a home, her family is trying to cope with a double tragedy. As News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports, the girl’s siblings witnessed the shooting and one child may have been holding the gun when it went off.
