Katrina Survivor Finds Success in DC 13 Years Later

Keisha Hale had to swim with her mother and her grandmother on her back when Hurricane Katrina flooded New Orleans. Thirteen years later, Hale has become an accomplished young woman in Washington, D.C. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
