Man Accused of Stabbing Jogger Held Without Bond; Motive Remains Unclear

Police tracked down and arrested a suspect in the killing of 35-year-old Wendy Martinez within 24 hours of her stabbing. Anthony Crawford of Northwest D.C., is being held without bond. News4’s Justin Finch reports.
