Interview With Montgomery Schools Superintendent Starr

It’s the first day back to school for Montgomery County Maryland school students. However, seven schools in the county were closed Monday because they have no power following Hurricane Irene. New schools Superintendent Joshua Starr joined us via phone this morning to take about the closed schools and what’s in store for Montgomery County School students this year.
