Inner Loop Beltway Crash Causes Long Back-Up

A truck and a car crashed on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway just before 8 a.m. Chopper 4 sends us this video of the long back-up that resulted. The back-up was said to be nine miles long at one point.
