Inmates Moved From DC Jail After ‘Systemic Failures'

U.S. Marshals are continuing to move federal inmates out of the D.C. jail’s Central Detention Facility weeks after the Marshals say they found “evidence of systemic failures” in the jail. News4’s Scott MacFarlane reports.
