Injured Prince Georges County Firefighter Recovering Ahead of Schedule

A Prince George’s County volunteer firefighter injured in a January crash is recovering ahead of schedule, doctors said. Lt. Ryan Emmons, 30, had his right arm severed in the accident, but doctors were able to reattach it.
