Infant Snowsuit Recalled Because of Choking Hazard

A snowsuit sold nationwide at The Children’s Place has been recalled because a metal snap could detach, creating a choking hazard.

The girls' snowsuit was sold in infant sizes 0 to 18 months in-store and online from August 2018 until November 2018. The snowsuit was sold in two styles and three different colors.

The affected snowsuits have "2111187" or "2111188" printed on a side seam of the coat.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says they received one report of a metal snap detaching from the snowsuit, but no one was injured.

Anyone who owns the snowsuit should stop using it and return it to any The Children's Place store for a full refund.
