Hybrid Tax Petition Gaining Steam With Northern Virginia Drivers

Some northern Virginia hybrid car owners have found a new way to vent about their opposition to a fee contained in Virginia’s transportation funding plan. A bill approved by lawmakers raises the registration fee on hybrid vehicles to $100.
