Howard University to Hold Race Summit After Facing Threat

After Howard University students and administrators responded to an anonymous threat on Thursday, President Wayne Frederick said Friday that the school will hold a race summit and invite college presidents from across the country to discuss all over the country to discuss social justice and race relations.
