“Chesapeake Bay Love Story Sauce”
Ingredients (makes 6 portions)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sambal chili garlic paste
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp masago aka smelt roe
1/4 cup Chesapeake Bay jumbo lump crab
6 oysters on the half shell
